White Oak Spring Missionary Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a dedicated, spiritually grounded, and visionary leader to serve as our next Pastor.

We are a Bible-based, Christ-centered, and Holy Spirit-led congregation committed to worship, discipleship, outreach, and serving our community with love and excellence. As we enter this new season of ministry, we are seeking the individual God has called to help lead our church forward while building upon the strong spiritual foundation that has been established throughout our history.

Under the current leadership of Interim Pastor Rev. Antwan Harris, White Oak Spring remains committed to unity, growth, and following God’s direction for the future of our ministry.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate should:

● Be a licensed and ordained Baptist minister

● Demonstrate a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ

● Be called by God to pastoral ministry

● Preach and teach sound biblical doctrine

● Possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

● Have a heart for discipleship, outreach, and community engagement

● Be capable of providing spiritual leadership and pastoral care

● Work effectively with church leadership and ministry teams

● Exhibit integrity, humility, wisdom, and a servant-leader mindset

● Have experience in church leadership and ministry preferred
